Pode estar com a baixa muito gorda, assim ela incharca a vela e apaga a mesma. Sempre que se troca a vela é necessário acertar a carburação.

I have converted my DBX into Brushless and this is the result:






I used a e-maxx motor mount, Traxxas velineon 3500 motor, Mamba Max ESC and a 3S lipo 5000 mAh.

Some dremel and patience and it runs like crazy, tyres balloning is mad and the power is out of this world. I will post a video soon.

isso entao pode ser a vela q esta queimada... se vc deixar o aquecedor ele funciona normal ??? aconteceu com meu dst isso varias vezes e em todas era a vela q estava queimada

E é isso mesmo. tinha uma vela reserva mais ela tbm já não estava boa, testei com a do meu irmão e o bixo pegou...

In spanish below, just for completeness.

When I saw Kyosho were selling the DBX VE I had been wanting to convert mine into brushless for quite some time. I looked at the exploded view of the VE just to see if perhaps its motor mount would be useful. I found it to be a very weak mount. I think the engine the VE includes is similar to the one I have used, but Velineon+Mamba Max sounds like a very solid combination, so I took that route, and instead of buying e brand new VE I decided to convert my existing nitro setup, in which I have also put ceramic bearings ($$$!) I did not want to put to waste.

I used the e-maxx motor mount because I have seen it used for a variety of brushless conversions and it looks easily modifiable.

On the choice of the radio tray as battery holder, it is a mater of pure luck that the battery I bought fits perfectly, once the internal separations are cut. If it had not, I would have designed some other kind of battery holder, perhaps velcro straps.

Estoy pensando que seguramente me entendais tambien si escribo en español, si no es asi decidmelo y vuelvo al inglés.

Cuando vi que Kyosho vendia el DBX VE ya hacia tiempo que queria convertir el mio en brushless. Mire el plano de despiece del VE y vi que no traia piezas que me fuesen a servir para me conversion, ya que la bancada de motor del VE es bastante debil. Creo que el motor que trae el VE es bastante similar al que yo he utilizado, pero me han hablado muy bien de este Velineon y el mamba Max es una apuesta segura, asi que preferí convertir me antiguo nitro en lugar de comprar un nuevo DBX VE. Además, tengo rodamientos ceramicos en todos los puntos ($$$!) y queria aprovecharlos.

Utilice la bancada de motor de e-maxx original porque la he visto usar en muchas otras conversiones de otros coches y es muy facil de adaptar a cualquier soporte de diferencial.

Por lo demas, es solo cuestion de suerte que la bandeja de radio, una vez quitado el pack de baterias, receptor y servo, se ajuste perfectamente al pack de baterias turnigy. me idea original era hacer una bandeja portabaterias especial, pero cuando me llegaron las baterias pude ver que encajaban perfectamente, asi que aproveche la bandeja original.

The motor acts as brake, you can program it in the ESC. The only limitation is you can't control front/rear braking bias.
