Cassio, se voce ler o quarto post deste topico voce vai ver o que aconteceu, também vou colocar aqui a minha troca de e-mail com o lojista, estou copiando e colando toda discussão o vendedor do ebay é dinballo rcmart mesmo o que eu não gostei foi a grosseria e o péssimo atendimento que voces podem notar na conversa via e-mail o cara não me devolveu a grana e nem mandou outra chave de vela ainda bem que foram somente $ 6.00 ainda bem que não resolvi torrar dimdim.
Não estou aqui para descer o sarrafo em nenhuma loja, mas sim alertar as pessoas para não passarem pelo o que eu passei.
Cassio em relação ao feedback do ebay se passou tanto tempo que não consegui qualificar o vendedor mas tudo bem, hoje entrei no ebay e vi que aconteceu a mesma coisa com outra pessoa ele foi qualificado como negativo se voce quizer pode entrar no ebay e procurar pelo meu nick hbronze no mercado livre também uso o mesmo nick veja minhas qualificações.
Por miseros $6.00 eu não perderia nenhum cliente, faria um refund no paypal e boa, com certeze esse cliente voltaria mas no meu caso não compro mais com ele.
Em outro tópico sobre duvidas em loja tinha muita gente falando dos canos que tomoram comprando em lojas do exterior, achei que criando um topico como este ajudaria mas pelo visto estou vendo que não esta adiantando muito

A empty box only weight 40g.
Wrench 121g + Box with packing material 40g = Total weight 161g
So the wrench MUST inside the box when we ship it.
It must be someone pick up the item inside before you get it.
I suggest you can contact the custom in your country.
I suspect that the custom pick up the wrench when they check it.

I got in contact with the Brazilian Post and they said the box was not violated.

We check out shipping record and the shipping weight of the the parcel should be 161 grams.
The wrench is about 120 grams, the box and packing material is about 40 grams.
So we are 100% sure the item should inside the parcek when we ship it.
We also contact our post office for this problem.
They said the item inside may be picked up by the custom or post office in your country.
They suggest you can contact your post office for more information.
